Help for participants, including everything about the optional Strava connection.
For questions about your account, a competition, or your Strava connection, use the contact form. We usually reply within a few days.
You can also email us at moc.liamg@sbal.eihcetdael.
For registration codes, team assignments, or scoring rules, contact your organization admin first. They run your competition.
Connecting Strava is optional. You can always log activities manually instead.
Only activity metadata: activity type, title, distance, moving time, elevation gain, and start time. We import activities that fall inside the competition dates, and only while the competition is active.
Each activity is converted into a scored competition entry using our own points rules. We do not import routes, maps, segments, photos, or social data.
On the competition page, next to Strava connected, click Disconnect. All cached raw Strava data and the Strava access tokens for your account are deleted immediately, and a written confirmation of the deletion is shown on the competition page.
Your scored competition entries remain as your platform records but no longer contain any link to Strava.
You can also revoke access from Strava itself under Settings → My Apps. Strava notifies us of the revocation, and we delete your cached raw Strava data the same way as an in-app disconnect.
Raw Strava data is cached for no more than 7 days after import and is then automatically purged. It is also purged when you disconnect your Strava account or revoke access via Strava's own settings.
Scored competition entries contain only derived values (activity type, distance, duration, points earned) and are retained for the competition lifecycle.
